We are supporting children's charity Action Medical Research. Action is the leading UK-wide charity saving and changing childrens' lives through medical research. For nearly 70 years they've helped pioneer ways to prevent disease and develop treatments benefiting millions of people. Their research has helped to beat polio in the UK, develop ultrasound, fight meningitis and prevent stillbirths. But they urgently need to develop more new treatments and cures for sick babies and children and we cant do it without you. Join our fight for little lives.

I will be cycling from London to Brighton on 19th Sept - while not a huge distance it does mean crossing N and S downs so I can expect a few hills with a big one just before the final descent to Brighton.
