Earlier this year two friends of mine decided to take on the challenge of cycling from Manchester to Blackpool to help raise money for The Christie Manchester.

After finding out I couldn’t resist and joined the team in memory of my Dad, Dave, who was treated at the Christie after being diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia in 2019  

Sadly in January 2022 my Dad passed away, but the treatment and care provided by the Christie team was first class!
