This year myself (Gareth) and Scott wish to raise money for Cancer Research Wales by taking on The Dragon 100 mile ultra course on July 15/16th as Extreme Ironers.  We tackled the Brecon to Cardiff ultra last year and raised so much money for Wish upon a star it was overwhelming. Our deepest thanks to everyone who helped and encouraged us along the way. This year we are more than doubling the distance. The run should take around two days and one night non stop , with 3400ft of assent over the beautiful mountains of Wales and then following the Welsh coastal path to Cardiff. 

We have all been affected one way or another by Cancer whether it be family members or friends. Please help us raise as much as we can for this charity.  Likewise mental health is also another issue that affects so many of us, this year we are hoping to raise money for two charities that do great work in both of these areas.
