Thank you for visiting and supporting our fundraising page!  Our Garden Aquarium team is husband and wife Gareth and Gemma Thomas.  As a team, we will be taking on the Gower Marathon hike on 8th July 2023 to raise funds for Macmillan and the invaluable work that they do for people who have been diagnosed with cancer.  Many families are touched by cancer, but thanks to Macmillan and generous donors, there is hope and support where it is needed the most. 

Gareth and I have been together for 22 years and over this time we have walked many, many miles together!!  As keen walkers, we are always looking for our next challenge, and we know this 26-mile marathon across the Gower coastal area will be quite the challenge – but we are totally up for it!

We have pledged to raise £500 for this wonderful cause, Garden Aquarium have kickstarted the process by donating half of the funds needed to achieve our target.  Any donations, whatever you can spare to make up our target will be greatly appreciated and will make the training and no doubt all the aches and pains totally worthwhile. We hope you enjoy joining us on our training journey.  We will update you on our progress as often as we can!
