Story
This year marks the tenth anniversary of GameBlast, and I'm proud to have participated in six of them, with this being my seventh! You've all helped me raise over £8,500 for SpecialEffect over the years, which is truly incredible.
I'm not one to back down from a challenge, so I'm hoping to raise £1,500 for GameBlast 23 with the help of some good friends over the course of the planned marathons, which would mean that if we hit this target, we would collectively have raised £10,000 on the 10th anniversary!
-------------------------- WHAT'S HAPPENING? --------------------------
Critical Stamina, our famous Dungeons & Dragons troupe, has returned, with Colin Kelly-Cook resuming his duties as our creative and enthusiastic Dungeon Master.
He'll be weaving a homebrewed story for the adventurers; Dominic Leonard, Mark Everard, Sam Blowes, Thomas Scragg, and myself, in which we'll face off against various monsters and puzzles, and you can help customize the story further by making a donation!
WEEKLY DUNGEONS & DRAGONS SESSIONS
Date: Every Sunday, 8:00 p.m. - Late
We play every Sunday, and you can follow the adventure and start donating from now to the 12 Hour Marathon. With your donations, you can then contribute to the adventure by assisting our heroes or by putting obstacles in their path.
12-HOUR DUNGEONS & DRAGONS MARATHON
Date: Saturday February 25th, 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The main event. More of the same, but this will be a test of endurance and mental fortitude; will our heroes be able to hold it together, or will they succumb to fatigue?
