Story

Hello!

Welcome to our team page for this our third GAMEBLAST event!

This is my third year taking part in Gameblast; an event that is now dear to my heart and my goal is to help raise awareness and as much money as I can for this dedicated and amazingly brilliant charity.

Since 2017 we've raised £2,235, a remarkably amount all towards this worthy cause.

And now I'm here again, another year later to do the same but this time it'll be bigger and better.

There are two events planned:

  • A literal gaming marathon. I will attempt to walk 44 Kilometres while on my treadmill playing video games.
  • A 24-hour team gaming marathon including myself and my wife Amy again, with friends Mica and Nathan - That's right we'll be bringing more people along for the 24 hour super fun time for 2019.

Each event will be on a different day, close to the week of GameBlast and will be streamed over at:

So, this is where you come in again; With your help let's blow our target out of the water - if you can spare some money towards this fantastic charity we would be most grateful and you will truly be changing peoples lives. By levelling the playing field #SpecialEffect are bringing families and friends together and it has a profoundly positive impact on therapy, confidence and rehabilitation.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you can spare a little towards this fantastic cause. We hope to see you cheering us on in the comments on Saturday 23rd February!
