We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

I'm joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year. Please join the fight by digging deep and sponsoring me - it's quick, easy and totally secure.

I was diagnosed in Oct 2014 with triple negative breast cancer and secondary bone cancer. Without the support of my family,  amazing friends  and the unbelievably  dedicated staff of Coventry university hospital, Macmillan and Myton I would probably have given up. My world fell apart. I was lost, scared to the core and so so alone or so I thought. I'm now 8 months down the road of still looking for the right chemo but fighting every day, I'm unsure when my fight will be won or even if,  but I'm not giving in. This is a fight we can win. So please help kick this evil disease to the kerb none deserves to go through this in any lifetime.

Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring me, we will beat cancer sooner.

Don't forget to add Gift Aid

If you're a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no extra cost to you.

Sponsor me now, and help me show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink.
