In support of Mental Health Awareness, with all proceeds being donated to Mind, this year's skinny dip is more meaningful than ever!  The SW Skinny is a public skinny dip, chunky dunk or fancy-dress swim celebrating togetherness and the importance of camaraderie and moral support, all whilst raising money for Mind - the mental health charity.  We all know people whose mental heath has suffered especially during the pandemic and we need to be more open and able to talk about it.   So what better way to raise money for a subject that can still be considered taboo than by doing something else some people consider taboo like a skinny dip
