Hi,

I'm running the Great South Run on Sunday 27th October (live on Channel 5 TV from 10am) for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and I really need your support.

This is a big personal challenge.  I have been training for 7 months.  It will be the first time that I have run 10 miles and I'm hoping for a personal best time of under 2 hours!

I climbed the Snowdon Horseshoe in June with a 'crew' from Sainsbury's.  That was really hard but worth it as we raised £5000. So I'm up for this...can you support me please?
