Story
Hi there,
Just before Christmas, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Gail Bartram after a short battle with cancer.
Despite the massive toll the ordeal took on her, Gail fought like a warrior to get out of hospital and spend her final days in St Ann's Hospice, Little Hulton, a place which was very special to her ever since they looked after her father, Brian, in his final days.
For almost two decades, Gail supported St Ann's with monthly donations while also partaking in the hospice's Manchester Midnight Walk, and it feels appropriate for that fundraising to continue in her honour. As such, members of her family are partaking in this year’s Midnight Walk on 9 June in support of St Ann's. Such support enables the hospice to provide free care to people and their families living with a life-limiting illness in the Greater Manchester community.
As a family, we have witnessed their incredible work first-hand, so we can say with complete faith that any funds you could generously spare for St Ann's Hospice would be going to the worthiest of causes.
