Story
We have all seen the adverts - one in three of us will be affected by cancer, hundreds of people diagnosed every day etc etc. Last year I was one of those statistics.
In February 2013 I was diagnosed with stage 3 skin cancer. 30 years ago it would probably have killed me but thanks to the advances in treatment and the brilliance of the staff who performed the array of operations and procedures I am still around. Just over a year post diagnosis I will be running the Liverpool Half Marathon to try and raise a bit of cash for Cancer Research.
Please help and make a donation, even if it is just a pound or two. Every penny helps.
Thanks
