Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I am taking part in the St Michael's Midnight Walk on Saturday 3 July. The Midnight Walk is 6.5 mile walk starting at midnight around Harrogate. I am taking part to help raise funds to make sure that families coping with terminal illness and grief get the expert care and support they need.

Saint Michael's believes that everyone in the Harrogate and district area should have access to the end of life care they need, want and deserve. They have a specialist team of staff and volunteers who place huge emphasis on respect, empowerment, dignity and adding quality to the lives of our patients. Their services include a 10-bed in-patient unit, day therapy centre, lymphoedema clinic and bereavement support and they make no charge at all for any of the services we provide, making sure that care is available to all. They currently must raise £2.5 million each and every year to ensure this vital facility can continue.
