On Saturday 18th September I will be taking part in the Race the Sun Coniston Dawn to Dusk Triple Challenge, which involves a 17-mile bike section up the hill and through Grizedale Forest, followed by a 7-mile hike to the summit of the Old Man Coniston (and back down again) and concludes with a 2-mile kayak around Coniston Water. 

As you probably all know, my favourite activities are sleeping, sleeping and cussing out my daily 1 mile bike commute, so I expect to be pushed to my limits for this brilliant and important charity. Please give generously, even if you are solely motivated by the thought of me crying, and possibly dying, in the Lake District.
