Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This trip is one of the British Horse Society's Challenge Rides and will allow me to complete one of my dreams..... to ride the Inca Trail in Peru! What makes it even more worth while is that the money I raise will go to help horses throughout the UK.

The ride will last 14 days from 30th May to 13th June and takes place in 2014, so hopefully giving me enough time to raise the money needed! The ride will take me through the Andes, allowing me to explore the cultural heritage and natural wonders of Peru, ending at the magnificent Machu Picchu!

I can't describe how excited I am and how much I am looking forward to this ride. I know it will be extremely hard work as, not only will I have to aclimatise to the atmosphere and take care of myself, but I shall also have to care for my horse. However, this will make the trip even more worthwhile.

So far, most of the money raised has been through making cakes and selling them to the people at my mum's work. Everyone has been so kind and overpaid for their cake slices! I have also been told not to stop baking! I have also been running Clear Round days at my yard with great attendance!
