In June we're taking part in a 24 hour open water swimming event to  raise  money for a fantastic charity, Level Water. Level Water are an amazing organisation which uses the power of swimming to improve the lives of children with disabilities. Improving physical and mental health is at the forefront, but their focus is also to expose the social benefits of getting involved with sport, stepping outside the comfort zone and promote wellbeing by providing opportunity to those who may not otherwise have it.
