Having witnessed first-hand the cruel affects that Dementia and Alzheimer's have on those who are diagnosed and also their family and friends, I have decided to raise much needed funds for the Alzheimer’s Society by participating in the Principality Cardiff Half Marathon 2024 which is taking place on 6th October.

Please support me in helping the Alzheimer's Society work towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.
