I mamgu❤️

Eleni dwi'n rhedeg hanner marathon Caerdydd i godi arian i Popham Kidney Charity sydd wedi ei lleoli yn Abertawe.

Fe collais fy Mamgu annwyl ym mis Mehefin 2024 ar ôl iddi gael diagnosis o fascilitis ym mis Ebrill 2024. Mae fascilitis yn achosi llid yn y pibellau gwaed, yn ei hachos hi roedd yn effeithio ar ei Arennau.

Hoffwn helpu pobl eraill yn ei chof sy'n byw gyda fascilitis a chlefyd yr arennau.

This year I'm running the Cardiff half marathon to raise money for Popham Kidney Charity based in Swansea.

I sadly lost my beloved grandmother in June 2024 after she was diagnosed with Vascilitis in April 2024.

Vascilitis causes inflammation in the blood vessels, in her case it was affecting her Kidneys.

I would like to help other people in her memory who are living with Vascilitis and kidney disease.
