2020 has been a very difficult time for all of us, however, some of us suffer worse than others, especially when it comes to mental health. The topic of Mental Health has had a huge focus in the media in recent years and the conversation feels as if it's been opened so much more. However, there's still a long way to go, especially with the complications of COVID-19

Young Minds is an excellent charity very close to my heart that supports children, teenagers and other young people around the UK, funding more accessible support both digitally or in person and trying to open up the conversation around mental health to a wider audience.

Over the last few years, I've done charity events around Christmas time to raise money and awareness for charities, most of these events for Young Minds. This year I'll be doing exactly that.
