When we survived the uninsured loss of 2007, which took me to the absolute knife edge of bankruptcy, we continued to face further challenges, and the future of my company was uncertain for many years, though we didn't share this fact widely.

When I told people about what had actually happened to us, they seemed genuinely amazed that we actually survived.  Many  suggested that I write it all down but like everyone else, I ALWAYS had other things to do...

So on day 8 of the lock-down in 2012, I started writing my book and a share of the proceeds will be donated to MAG.
