Story

Freya‘a great-grandfathers, Alan and Fred were both supported by Hospiscare. She never met Alan,  but shares his love of the outdoors and nature. Freya has struggled with all the changes this year, but keeping active has really helped her. She’s back to school on Monday, so plans to cycle any worries away with her Daddy.
