I am taking part in a 10K challenge this weekend called "Hell & Back"
(http://www.hellandback.ie/). It is basically a 10K course with lots
of obstacles to make it as difficult as possible...

As well as being a great sense of achievement I have decided it would
be nice to raise money for a good cause and something close to my
heart. I have decided to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society.

Any donations, small or large would be really appreciated.
