Story
I met Imelda's mother Rachel in 2003 when we both attended Ipswich College studying Graphic Design. In 2016 Imelda was born with a rare chromosome disorder. Also she was a 'floppy baby' which means she had no muscle tone at all. Through the dedication of her parents and her own hard work she can now walk with an aid. I am touched by her determination to do what's required to further her own progress. Her therapy is very costly and she desperately needs it in order to fulfil her potential, for some children doing stuff is really easy and for some it takes a lot of hard work, yet Imelda keeps on smiling!
