We live and work on an estate that has no social gathering space. Freedom Church Mereside is reversing a trend where over decade’s services like shops, youth clubs and even churches have withdrawn. On Mereside we are witnessing funding cuts to services such as the Children’s centre that will result in reduced support to parents and babies. The local post office has also recently shut, people are starting to feel abandoned and isolated. This is an ambitious and bold project that will reverse that trend, build and support community and

ultimately transform lives.
