So I'm going to shave my head. I've been growing it for just about a year now. Apparently I'll make £5 per ounce if it's more than 12 inches and £3 per ounce if it's 10-12! So hooray! All proceeds will be added to whatever I raise on this page. We'll also have some sort of event so people can come and partake in the general embarassment etc if they so choose. Well don't know if it'll be embarassment per se, but it will definitely be weird to have it gone. 

Anyway, yes so this is in honour of my father who was diagnosed with stomach cancer in July last year. I had been growing my haird for a couple months at that point and thought it would be a good way to show support. Of course, I then learned that my father's treatment would not be the sort that made him lose his hair. But still you know, it's the thought that counts. 

So yes dig deep, give well and live happy!
