Hello, my name is Freddy,  in my youth I was a keen cyclist. Now a slightly shapely 52 year old with arthritic knees and grey hair, my passion for cycling and challenges is still a strong.  

My other passion is logistics problem solving and the fabulous work for Transaid does certainly solve many problems and save lifes.  

So, combing these passions, I am embarking on this epic African Cycle Challenge in October 2022 to raise much needed funds to help Transaid provide safe and sustainable transport solutions where they are needed most.
