In 2023, I have chosen to undertake the London Marathon to raise money for Macmillan in the memory of my mum Wendy who passed away in 2020 from Ovarian Cancer.

During her 4 year battle she received support from Macmillan and their nurses whilst receiving treatment at Coventry Hospital. 

This will be my third year fundraising in memory of Wend and second time for Macmillan. Therefore, I have upped the stakes and committed to the London Marathon 2023. Truth be told, I thought I had until October (the last few were delayed due to COVID) however, upon being selected, I then realised it's the 23rd April. Now to burn off the Christmas mincepies and get training...
