We are cycling RideLondon in May to show support for Mind UK. Mental health is a topic that affects us all, with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health issue of some kind each year. 

Both Freddie and I have had friends and family go through times of difficult mental health and so supporting Mind UK is a cause close to our hearts.  

RideLondon is a 100-mile closed-road cycle event, starting and finishing in central London.
