Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

This page is for group donations raised as a result of our team efforts, team members are:

Abbey, Graham & Alistair Peebles, Forbes & Nicky Peebles, Jan Hayden, Cathy Mercer, Bob & Nadine Carey, Jo Barham, Karen Chubb, Sam Ely, Laura Stooke, Becky Lambert, Helen Boyd, Clare Sampson, Jo Morrison, Jo Graham, Corrine Birch, Annie Venn, Emily Harris, Doreen Murkin, Gill Richardson & Racheal Dunn

We are all undertaking the Thames Path Challenge in September which is a 50k walk, none of us are super fit and this will be a huge challenge for us all!!  Why are we doing this, you ask?  The Peebles family hold a very special place in our hearts and they are facing a massive challenge of their own following Fraser's diagnosis of Leukaemia, just days before his 17th Birthday.  Thankfully Fraser has done us all proud and has come through the hardest stages of treatment still smiling as the picture above proves, taken at Christmas with his brother Alister.

We have all felt so helpless during these past few months, wanting to show our support but being unable to in any practical way, so now it's time to do just that by coming together as a team to raise funds for Clic Sargent who have made life so much more bearable for the whole Peebles family.

Please dig deep and support us through the next few months of training and of course on 9th September when we will need all of your thoughts and best wishes to get us through this challenge.  Thank you xx
