My daughter Nancy turns 21 this September, and I turn 50 in November.  We want to mark those milestones by making a difference.  We’re going to support a cause that we both feel strongly about, helping the amazing TRIBE freedom foundation.  This is going to be a big stretch for both of us - we’re going to run 220+ km in Sweden’s High Country over 5 days.  

That’s what we’re doing, here’s why:

Over 50 million people are living in modern slavery worldwide with an estimated 136,000 people exploited and trafficked within the UK. That's more people living in slavery than ever before, both in the UK and globally.TRIBE Freedom Foundation is on a mission to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking.
