Hi All!

A few of us will be participating in the upcoming Impetus-PEF triathlon on September 16th! For anyone who doesn't know what this is, we'll be competing in teams of three to conquer a course consisting of; a swim in the frigid waters of Dorsey Lake, a cycle around the wind-swept area around the lake and finally a sprint finish to rival Mo Farah from each team's runner.

Hopefully we'll make it round in good times - for the first time this year we are entering more than one team to there is bit of FH pride at stake...however more importantly we're raising money for Impetus-PEF.

I hope you can support us by donating and it would be great to see anyone who fancies joining us on the day at the lake to support!
