Hi, well the day is nearing when old Frank and his daughter Claire take to the roads of Portsmouth with the intention of running ten miles and hopefully raise some money for a really good cause.  Alzheimers is a dreadful illness. As we all get older we joke that we are all showing signs of early onset, but deep down inside we all hope that the joke is not true. 

Claire and I thought that this run was a great way for a father and daughter to share a moment in our lives and to alert our family and friends to the fact that we are going out there and giving our all for a great charity.

 

Training is progressing well, but at the moment we have no idea how long this epic will take us, but we are both determined to finish and hopefully raise a good sum of money at the same time.  That's where you come in!  Please donate what you can to help us on our way; any amount is not to small and I assure you that we will earn every penny with our sweat and toil!!!
