Brighton Marathon 2012 · 15 April 2012 ·
I am running for Cancer Research UK in memory of my Aunty Kath who sadly passed away last May after a 4+ year battle with Multiple Myeloma.
I have hardly exercised at all for the past 12 months but I hope to do Kath proud and quit smoking, train and complete the marathon in 13 weeks and raise some money for the charity.
This is my first marathon, (well actually it's my first proper race since I faked an asthma attack when I was 14 to get out of cross country at school), so I'm just concentrating on getting around it and completing it. Any donations at all, large or small would be greatly appreciated. So with that in mind, get your wallets out!
Cheers,
Frank
