Dear all,

It is now a year since I did my Brighton marathon. A brief visit to the St John's Ambulance unit at the end, meant that I was not very popular at home when signing up again for this year's marathon. But then I had to try again, just to prove that I don't need that bit of support at the end.

 I know that many of you donated generously last year, so I was in two minds about asking for support again, after all, the challenge was in finishing my first marathon.

But then I thought:

1) Doing a marathon is still tough!

2) the Martlets still need a lot of support

3) So why not ask once more?

So no pressure for any of you to give again, but a donation to the Martlets would be really appreciated by them - I do believe it is one of the great local Brighton charities & it could spur me on to greater deeds...!
