Hi guys, thanks for taking the time to visit my Great North Run sponsor page for my chosen charity The Alzheimer's Society. As you may or may not know, I managed to achieve my goal of finishing the race in under 2hours.. just! I crossed the finishing line in1hr 59 mins and 25 secs.

Alzheimer's Society is a fantastic organisation and most of its great work goes on unheralded. Most of us will know someone who has been blighted by this cruel ailment and will be familiar with the particularly devastating effects it has on loved ones.
