Story

We taking on the Great Manchester Run 10K for Dementia UK! Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Their nurses help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them so they have the strength to cope with the bad days, and the energy to enjoy the good days.

We lost our beautiful Grandma in December, after a long fight with dementia. A disease that took her memories but never took away her amazing capability to love all of her family and always find beauty and humour in everything.

We all struggled but cherished the time with her, which has motivated us to raise money for this charity. Both to help raise awareness for the disease and make sure those dealing with a suffering family member have the help and support they need to navigate their struggle.

If you are able to donate, any amount is so appreciated.
