Well Well Well, London Marathon we meet again 10 years on and this time I will be kicking your arse. After a torn calf at mile 10 in 2012 I had to call it a day at mile 21 as i could barely stand let alone walk or run. 

This time around I will be completing it and I will be running for the  wonderful guys at Nordoff Robbins. These guys do some amazing work bringing music and sound to everyone and anyone from all walks of life to help with there learning and development.
