I am running the London 10k with my good pal Lisa Green in loving memory of her dear brother Paul, who sadly passed away in October 2009 after coming in contact with Swine Flu.

All the money raised will be going to Mencap, as this is a special charity to the family as Paul had learning disabilities and is associated with Down's Syndrome

Mencap work with people who have learning disability’s to change laws and services, challenge prejudice and directly support thousands of people to live their lives as they choose.
