Hi Guys & Gals,

Thanks to my lovely friends Claire and Kelly I have thrown myself out of a plane at 13,000 feet!  What a truly awesome experience it was and one I highly recommend!

Its was all in aid of fundraising for Keech Hospice who support children and adults with life limiting illness.  This is a really good cause and every little helps.
