Alhamdulillah the Forest Gate Masjid started back in 1992 since then it has been serving the local ummah with great eagerness and sincerity. Our elders Khan Saab (rah), Salik Chowdhury (rah), Giash Uddin (rah), Muklisur Rahman (rah) and Abdur Rokib with other committee members started what is known today as Forest Gate Masjid and Imam ZakariyaAcademy. The masjid has been serving the local ummah with five times daily Salaah, Eid Salaah, Jumuah, Taraweeh and Maktab.
