Story
Every year thousands of people across the UK take part in the National Sleep Out organised by End Youth Homelessness. The aim is to raise awareness and funds for the 83,000 young people who face homelessness every year in the UK.
1625 Independent People, a Bristol-based charity, has been supporting homeless 16-25 year olds for over 33 years. They work with over 2,500 young people in the South West every year. They help them to reboot their lives through temporary housing, counselling, independent living skills, confidence building, education, training, finding jobs and fun!
On Thursday 24 November a team of people from Foot Anstey LLP will become homeless for the night (with just a sleeping bag) to help this fantastic charity for a second year. Whilst one night rough is no comparison to what young people face daily, it will help to make a statement and raise awareness about the issues young people face daily.
