I am running 10km on 1st October in aid of Myeloma UK. This is a cause which is very near to my family’s heart as our family friend ‘Ultra’ Bob Munro has been battling Myeloma for the past 10 years. Myeloma is a type of blood cancer which develops in bone marrow cells. Fundraising for this cause has a tangible impact. I have seen it help progress the development of new drugs to support many men and women who are fighting Myeloma in the UK.
