Support local businesses as they don their best fancy dress and flip pancakes in relay races down Broad Street - all to raise vital funds for Launchpad, Reading's homelessness prevention charity.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our page. The flipping fantastic team; Gerben, Dan, Papai and myself will batter it out in an egg-citing race for a vital cause.  On 1st March at 1230pm we will take part in Launchpad’s annual pancake race at the Broad Street Mall, Reading. We will compete in a series of relay type races against other local businesses. This is no ordinary race we will need to flip a pancake three times as we run so we better get egg-cercising!

All funds raised from this Pancake Race will help fund Launchpad’s vital services for people who are homeless or at risk of losing their home in Reading. This includes Launchpad’s supported housing, a free drop-in service for anyone in housing crisis and our work and life skills centre.

You are welcome to come along and egg us on! But your sponsorship will also go a long way in helping this fantastic cause.

Thank you!
