Why am I running??  Why am I going out in the rain to jog when there is a perfectly good, comfortable sofa? - Anthony Lombardi!  I am running in his memory - he was called Lombo by his friends, killed in 2009 aged 21 (same age as my son!!).  He left a Fiancee Ellie and a baby son Harvey.  He made the ultimate sacrifice to help the civilians over in Afghanistan and to keep us safe.  Perhaps it is not so much that I am giving compared to what he - and many like him - have already given and sacrificed.

Help me to give a little back to those and their families who have given us so much!
