Story
When we work together, the smallest things can make a big difference.
Over the next few months, the team here at Flannery will be raising money for Children in Need through several upcoming events and activities. CiN is an invaluable source of support for disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. With your help, they can change the lives of almost half a million young people across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland every single year.
This year Flannery is proud to supply the DIY SOS: Big Build team with machines for the duration of the charity build. Our Spotty Machines are currently at work in Swansea, raising money along the way! If you see the machines working why not tag a picture #spottydigger.
Building on this, some of the team are taking on their own socially distanced events in support of this great cause including our founder and chairman Patrick Flannery Snr who is hitting the road to cycle the equivalent distance between our two furthest separated depots (Wembley and Aberdeen) with a total distance of 537 miles!
The Flannery team will cap off their fundraising efforts with a pub quiz hosted digitally.
Please give generously to support young people who need our help, now more than ever.
The Flannery team are open to any other fundraising ideas you may have, whether for the company as a whole, a small group activity or if you are looking for a sponsor for an existing event - let us know.
All fundraising is in aid of BBC Children in Need, a registered charity no. 802052 in England and Wales and SC039557 in Scotland. All proceeds from the events/activities are to be donated to the charity.
