Well the time has come again for a new challenge...and to raise some much needed money for Prostate Cancer UK. 

 

We are taking part in the London to Brighton walk.....36 miles!! Anyone that saw us after we did the London Marathon (26.2) will know that its going to be a challenge.

 

But the real challenge is to rid the world of this horrendous disease.  You may or not know that my dad Michael Flack lost his battle on the 27th January 2014 and our lives will never be the same again. Its not just the cancer that affected him, but the fact that day by day he slowly lost his independence and dignity.  And the pain, it was too much to bear.

 

So, when you are deciding whether to donate or not, think of your dad/brothers/sons/uncles and nephews that could seriously benefit from whatever you can afford to donate.

 

I could not have done the marathon without you Sarah, and I am proud to walk beside you in this challenge.
