If you've known me for a long time, then you will already know why I'm fundraising for Scope. But, those of you who have only known me for a short while, or maybe don't know me very well, probably won't. 

I'm fundraising to raise money in memory of my nephew, Lewis, who had Cerebral Palsy. He lived a very short life, passing away when he was only five and a half months old, but, to paraphrase a poem that my family and I know well, he was loved enough for a lifetime.

Scope is a tremendously important charity whose work supports a quarter of a million disabled people and their families each year. Your generosity, and the difference that it can make, will also help get me through my 1500m swim, 45km cycle and 10k run!
