This annual event combines an adult 10k event, followed by 9 children's 1 mile fun runs. This is a charity event raising funds to help vulnerable young homeless people build a better future.

Story

Five Pillars Taekwon-Do - Martial Arts & Self Defence schools, Fitness, are pleased to once again support North London YMCA 2018 with supporting the annual Fun run YMCA North London

Martial Arts students of Five Pillars Taekwon-Do (based in Wood Green, Finchley, Wembley - www.fivepillarstkd.org.uk), have been regular raising funds for charities and other causes too - this has been wonderful to see from children starting from as young as 4 years young being involved in the process of "helping others" 

Malik Ayman founder of Five Pillars Taekwon-Do (a unique & professional approach to martial arts successful outcomes) "whichever way a person can help another to rise up is wonderful, motivate, inspire, support , empower another person, fund raising for charity or hosting events - it's all good small or lots of time money support all helps"
