Story

2022 is the National Autistic Society’s 60th anniversary.

Following last year's Super 7 challenge, this year First Sentier's Neurodiversity Community have asked colleagues in Europe and the US to support World Autism Acceptance Week by taking on a 60-themed challenge of their choice. We are adding more team members every day. Here are some of the challenges pledged so far:

  • 60 sit ups, 60 squats, 60 lunges each day
  • Learning a new word or phrase in Spanish every day for 60 days
  • 60 minutes of yoga a day for 6 days
  • 60K cycling
  • 60 minutes a day that week learning a different language
  • 60 sun salutations per day for 6 days
  • 60 minutes of pilates for 6 days
  • 60 squats every day
  • An hour's sponsored silence
  • 10 hours fast for 6 days
  • 60 chocolates to share with colleagues
  • 60 bath bombs to share in the office
  • 60's playlist
  • taking 60 photos
  • 60,000 steps over the week
  • listen to 60 songs from different decades
  • 60 minutes of bass guitar practice
  • 60 minutes of swimming
  • 60 press-ups a day
  • cooking with 6 ingredients

We look forward to sharing our challenges with you over the week!
