As many of you know, in July last year we all suffered the devastating loss of a beautiful young lady who brightened up our lives in so many different ways.
Fiona was the kindest, bubbliest, most loyal friend I could ever ask for and she was absolute blessing to have had by my side throughout my life. She was such an amazing mother to her baby girl Olivia and a loving auntie, sister, daughter, niece, cousin and friend; she truly touched the lives of everyone she knew.
Fiona could make you laugh whenever you were down, whether it was her clumsy nature, banging into walls, falling off chairs or her beautifully naive and childlike approach to life; you could always count on her to brighten up the day... even if she was making you laugh with her crazy spiritual encounters or talking graphically about child birth or poo, she was so down to earth and could have you crying with laughter at the most innocent of situations.
Fiona was so inspirational, she never let life get her down. She always had a positive and supportive outlook in everything she did and lifted so many people up with her along the way.
Losing Fiona has affected so many lives in unimaginable ways and the grief we have been left with day to day has been immeasurable. Olivia has helped Fiona live on through her, and she is so much like her mammy it is heartbreaking.. but beautiful.
I am raising money for Sudden Adult Death Syndrome to help prevent further devastation caused this horrific condition; to help prevent the unexpected and tragic loss of more young lives, to help prevent children losing their parents too soon and to help grieving families and friends battling through such devastating losses.
PLEASE PLEASE help me raise money for running this years Great North Run in memory of our amazing girl and keep her memory alive and with us all.
Thank you all so much in advance, it truly means a lot! xxXxx
