Story
Hi Everyone,
Im mad, Im running the London Marathon again this year for my favourite charity Macmillan Cancer support.
Last year I raised £5,000 for Macmillan, unreal in many many ways!
I'd never done running before so what a challenge it was but the sense of achievement was great hence I want to do it again.
As many of you know 18 years ago 16th and 18th April my Grandparents died, "Nanny and Poppa", dad parents were absolutely amazing, kind loving people. I was their only Grandchild and loved so much. We miss them tremondously and I want to do it again for them and the charity that supported my parents and I through some tough times. Macmillans support and help was absolutely outstanding, I miss them so much.
I cant say the marathon day last year was easy but the support from my family and friends was phenonamal. Lots of you were in London on the day which was fab and the crowds are a massive inspiration. When we got home I still managed to party til 2am. I was buzzing.
When the going was tough, Id think of Nanny and Poppa, fill up with tears and keep on running!!
Last year everyones genoristy was beyond belief, I couldnt believe I raised just under £5k. I dont expect to do the same this year but half of this would be great.
I also dont expect to do it in record time, I want to do it, enjoy it and support my favourite charity again.
I would really love to have as much as support as last year, if not more. Please please family and friends come to London and cheer me on my way.
Thank you.

Macmillan are a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. Its not only patients who live with cancer, they also help with carers, families and communities. They support them every step of the way. They fund nurses and other specialist care professionals and build cancer care centres. They listen, they learn they act to help people with cancer.
